How is my purchase shipped?
Thank you for your purchase!
USPS is our preferred courier.
If you would like your purchase shipped with a different courier such as Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL there will be an additional $10.00 fee.
Rush delivery is available for an additional $15.00.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returned items for refund or exchange. We will accept returns for store credit only.

Due to an increase in demand, and in response to the Corona Virus Pandemic, please allow 5-12 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and for your tracking number to be provided. This does not include holidays and weekends. .
Your tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.
We follow the shipment schedule of our vendors. The delivery schedule is subject to change during or around all holidays and/or federal mandates.
Deliveries could be subject to take longer than anticipated in your area. Please check with your local post office for employee shortages.
Unique Sole is not responsible for extended delivery times or mistakes made on behalf of the mail currier service.
